1. Position : Countroom Person

  Job Description : The Countroom Person is responsible for accurately counting chips in all drop boxes on a per shift basis. Accurately prepares paperwork for submission to Accounting. Log the chip count from each box to the Chip Denomination Slip. As scheduled, transfer totals from each Chip Denominations Slip to the Count Room Summary Sheet. The candidate must also maintain security of the count room, drop boxes and drop boxes keys while on shift. Other duties assigned.

2. Position : Chip Runner

  Job Description : The Chip Runner ensures the proper flow of all games by providing the sales of gaming chips to customers and dealers. Job duties are greeting customers and oversee the efficient sales of gaming chips in the assigned areas, maintaining assigned stationary bank, counting in and out the bank in accordance to procedure, abide by the Chip Runner procedures and Title 31 compliance policy and procedures noted in the Chip Runner Training Package (manual). 3. Position : Dishwasher

  Job Description :
Dishwasher/Steward
The Dishwasher/Steward maintains dishwashing area and cleans restaurant equipment, glass and silver ware as well as food preparation utensils and keeps them in an orderly manner so they can be picked up the restaurant staff when needed. Other duties include (but not limited to) sweeping, mopping and keeping the kitchen floors dry and clean at all times, sort bottles and other glassware and place them in appropriate recyclable bins, steam clean and/or hose out garbage cans and keeping work area well organized, clean and dry including floors. Candidate must also maintain a safe work environment and immediately report any injuries, equipment failures, cleaning and maintenance needs. They must practice work safety and comply with sanitation, health and safety procedures and regulations. Other duties assigned.

4. Position : Deep Cleaner

  Job Description : Kitchen Deep Cleaner
Performs custodial duties and minor maintenances, maintain kitchen related equipment, floors, walls, floor drains and related kitchen areas. Under general supervision perform duties such as (but not limited to) sweeping, mopping, power washing, kitchen equipment, floors and walls. Operate commonly used power and non-power cleaning equipment and tools, move and relocated equipment and supplies as required, maintain a clean, safe and healthy environment for customers and employees. Comply with all company, department, and MSDS safety precautions and procedures. Other duties assigned.

5. Position : Food & Beverage Manager

  Job Description : We are seeking a motivated individual with strong leadership and public relations abilities. With two restaurants just steps away from the gaming floor, Lucky Chances provides casual comfort and friendly atmosphere of the neighborhood café or the elegant decor and heightened ambience of fine dining. Café Colma and Rene's Fine Dining have established themselves as two of the top restaurants in the Daly City/Colma area with their blend of amiable service and delicious meals.
Job Summary:
Develop and maintain a consistent high standard of food and beverage quality and guest service. Establish and implement cost controls through best purchasing and inventory practices. Directly manage and lead the Food & Beverage team through the F&B Lead Persons. Oversees the daily front of house and back of house operations including; cashiers, chefs, cooks, bartenders, Hosts/Hostesses, servers, bussers, pantry assistants and stewards. Oversee the menu development, and catering and special event operations. Establish labor budget for the department and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
Leadership Skills:
 Flexible, fair, direct and honest.
 Able to make quick decisions and resolve problems positively with a broad overview of the business.
 Excellent interpersonal communication and facilitation skills.
 Ability to lead and work with a diverse team.

Qualifications:
 Hospitality related degree, CPFM, or comparable education and experience in hospitality industry.
 Minimum of ten years management experience in 24 hour/high volume facility.
 Previous experience in purchasing, food preparation, accounting, personnel supervision, menu planning, food costing and inventory control knowledge necessary.
 Familiar with various POS system and computer literate.
 Fluent in English language both spoken and written.

6. Position : Sous Chef

  Job Description : Sous Chef
Duties included but not limited to general coordination of the lunch, dinner and graveyard crew kitchen staff. Work in cooperation with Chef and F&B Leads to ensure consistent, high quality of all preparations, production and fluid kitchen operation. Assist in training, supervision and motivation of the kitchen staff, develop daily and weekly specials and ensure staff compliances with company rules and policies, health and safety regulations.

7. Position : Dual Asian Games Dealer/Asst AG Operations Coordinator

This is a Dual Rated position, part time Asian Games Dealer, part time Asst AG Operations Coordinator. Job duties are providing seating and service for customers; maintain a comfortable, safe, friendly environment and positive gaming experience for players. Monitor the integrity of the gaming activities, resolve gaming disputes and protect games from detrimental activities. 8. Position : Busser/Disc Jockey

  Job Description : Busser/Disc Jockey
This position is a part time Busser, part time Disc Jockey. Duties include but not limited to facilitating restaurant food service by setting up and clearing tables, stocking all service stations and assisting servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction. Must provide timely and efficient busser service and quickly clear dirty table settings, clean and prepare for resetting. Promptly and consistently reset all service ware as prescribed. Two year disc jockey or related experience a plus, strong understanding of various audio equipment and music programming, must be able to troubleshoot audio equipment, ability to mix (cd’s or records) and make announcements.
